Abstract

This project provides for the collection and updating of follow-up clinical data for 14,000 cases in the Genomic Data Commons, including the TARGET dataset and other datasets as determined feasible. The NCI's Genomic Data Commons (GDC) provides the cancer research community with a unified data repository that enables data sharing across cancer genomic studies in support of precision medicine.
