Abstract

NCAR will support the climate change research and assessment efforts of the U.S. Department of Agriculture. NCAR and USDA will work together on analysis of climate change and climate change effects on agriculture, including historical data records and reanalyses and projections of future climate change, arranging briefings on climate change, including providing expert speakers for such briefings, provision of logistical and technical support for USDA's planned initiation of a series of regional climate change Hubs, and creation of climate change documents and information products, including writing, copy editing, design of graphics, and publication of documents.
